Daily organization
Bring the calendar, daily punch-list, work scheduler, upcoming deadlines, and collaborator alerts together in one view.
- Collaborator alerts shows emails only from your list of collaborators across all your inboxes, while the Messaging tab imports all emails regardless of sender.
- Invitations provides a separate, easily accessible list from which you can accept, or reject meeting invites.
- Daily punch-list items help structure your day and prevent you from forgetting important tasks.
- Upcoming deadlines gives deadlines at a glance, both for yourself and your team.
Shared meeting agendas
Add a shared agenda to any meeting (whether or not it was created within Chronicle) and add notes to individual agenda items during the meeting.
- Meeting agendas and notes can be sent to meeting participants after the meeting,
- and/or added to the logbook of the appropriate Project, Assignment, Paper or Grant application.
Publication templates
Start with pre-loaded templates for research papers, review or position papers, systematic or narrative reviews, and methods papers.
- Track progress, maintain an organized list of drafts, to keep publication progress and assignments organized alongside the rest of the lab’s work.
- Our handoff function automatically alerts coauthors when it is time for them to edit the current draft via internal Chronicle messaging.
Logbooks provide an audit trail
All work is logged in the Paper, Grant application, Project or Assignment’s logbook, providing immediate understanding of recent work accomplished, action items completed and still pending. Paper drafts are added as attachments/links to the appropriate logbook, and are organized under an easily-accessible top-level list. Attachments are linked directly to your google drive.
